• Know and understand the client’s needs.
• Provide the client with as much guidance and information as possible in order for the client to make an informed decision. (*This is vitally important as this can often be the biggest purchasing decision of our lifetime.)
• Don’t be “pushy” (but define urgency when it is called for), be truthful (which includes admitting when you are wrong – and when you don’t know the answer to a question), provide value,knowledge, skills and experience – and do so in a friendly and professional manner.
• Tim’s specialty is building long-term relationships with his clients and his colleagues. Tim believes that excellent service, communication and the use of relevant and effective tools (including our highly valued RE/MAX Staff) are the keys to his being a successful Realtor®. The “proof is in the pudding” as most of Tim’s business has come from referrals from past clients and friends as well as from other Realtors®.
